The Diverse As Fuck Comedy Festival is NYC's LARGEST celebration of diversity in comedy.

Every year, DaF highlights society's underrepresented voices by creating a safe and supportive space for expression.

DaF welcomes all forms of comedy regardless of race, sexual orientation, religion and age. By doing this, the show accentuates all voices of the comedy community and sheds light on the diversity that currently exists in our lives.

Don't sleep, fam.

DaF was created in 2015 by three friends and producers from the New York City comedy scene. Since its conception, they've put on two highly successful six-hour events and after parties at the famous Nuyorican Poets Cafe in the East Village of Manhattan. Each of which boasted an audience of over 600 people. Now, the festival has moved to Caveat, an education-loving stage and bar in the Lower. It now has two producers in charge of all operations:

DaF has put up some of the best POC and LGBTQ acts in New York City and the east coast. Below is some of the talent that has graced our stage.

In addition to festivals, DaF also provides professional development workshops and panels. With the help of partners like The Onion, Clickhole and Gizmodo, we have provided over 300 diverse comedians with free, hands-on workshops and panels on satire, stand up, sketch writing. While we love getting diverse faces on stage, we also want to help them acquire the skills to jumpstart their careers.
